We bring the best of both worlds together in our backgrounds for the miniature Jersey breed as a veterinarian and a long-time rancher to produce premium calves for small homesteads across the country. It all started with beef cows and the purchase of two cows, Molly and Bessy, in 1998. Since that time, we have grown our cow-calf operation (Ohmes Cattle Company) to over 200 head with a focus on continually improving commercial genetics. We wanted to take our passion for cows, proven history of continually improving a breed and our love of milk and homesteading to dairy cows which led to our endeavors raising miniature jerseys.

Each one of our “girls” is a part of the family.
